实验室是进行科学研究和实验教学的重要场所，除必备仪器设备、实验材料、实验方法和高素质的实验人员、研究人员外，还必须具备有良好的实验环境和必要的安全设施，以确保实验结果的质量和实验室的安全。引入企业生产中的安全管理概念——安全投入，对实验室的安全管理进行讨论。
The laboratory is an important place that carries on science research and experiment teaching. In addition to the essential instruments, the experimental material, experimental method, the excellent experimental persons and researchers with high characters, we need good experiment environment and the safety device to insure the experiment quality and the safety of laboratories. This article brings in the safe devotion concept which is used in enterprise produce, to carry on the discussion to the safe management of the laboratory.
