摘要
采用n(正辛醇)/n(Ti)=30改性TiCl4/MgCl2合成中乙烯基聚丁二烯弹性体,考察了陈化方式及条件对单体转化率和聚合物相对分子质量的影响。结果表明:Bd-Al-Ti三元陈化催化剂聚合活性高于Al-Ti二元陈化;最佳陈化条件:陈化单体n(Bd)/n(Ti)=20,陈化温度60℃,陈化时间30min;60℃三元陈化所得产物的相对分子质量高于室温(20℃)三元陈化的;而二元陈化产物的相对分子质量高于三元陈化,且随陈化时间的延长,聚合物的特性粘数先上升后下降。
The medium vinyl polybutadiene elastomer was synthesized with TiCl4/MgCl2 modified by n-octanol with n (n-octanol)/n (Ti) ratio of 30. The effect of aging condition on conversion and relative molecular weight was investigated. The results showed that the polymerization activity of modified catalyst with the Bd-AI-Ti triad aging mode was higher than that with the Al-Ti-dimerous aging mode. The optimum aging condition was n (Bd)/n (Ti) = 20 ; 30 min; 60 ℃ . In the case of triad aging mode, the relative molecular weight of polybutadiene was higher when catalyst aged at 60 ℃ than that at room temperature (20 ℃ ). Furthermore,the relative molecular weight of polybutadiene with the Al-Ti dimerous aging mode was higher than that with the Bd-Al-Ti triad mode The intrinsic viscosity of polybutadiene increased and then decreased with the aging time increasing.
