摘要
广州中医药大学以“拓展和强化学生管理育人功能”为主要研究思路和工作目标,根据管理对象的特点和管理进程的要求,探索构建七年制中医学专业(中西医结合方向)学生综合管理模式,该模式着重在七年制不同时段管理对象的特点和管理衔接难点的分析、具体管理策略的研究和综合管理体系的建立等方面进行了探讨和改革,有效提高了人才培养质量和管理绩效。
Guangzhou University of Chinese Medicine takes "nurturing qualified personnel by means of strengthening management" as objectives of scientific research and practical work. On the basis of student characteristics and requirement of management course, the university has explored and constructed a comprehensive management mode for students of the seven-year programs of Chinese medicine (integrated Chinese and western medicine direction). This mode has conducted discussion and reform over such areas as analysis to student characteristics in the seven years and difficulties in management contact, research of concrete management policy, and establishment of comprehensive management system. As a result, training quality and managing efficiency have been increased.
