摘要
本文对3424例进行了食管拉网细胞学检查,发现细胞学阳性2616例,阳性率76.4％;其中1318例患者同时作了拉网细胞学检查和X线检查,并对这两种检查作了比较,拉网细胞学检查阳性率明显高于X线检查。在食管拉网细胞学检查的方法上我们进行了部分改进,采用连续两次拉网法及95％酒精洗涤网套沉淀法,从而使阳性率提高达87.5％。
Cytologic examination of esophageal exfoliative cells by dragging in the esophagus was undertaken in 3424 cases, with 2616 cases positive (76.4%). In 1318 of 2616 cases X-ray esophagography was made in addition to cytologic examination. Cytologic examination was found to have a higher positive rate than esophagography. We submit an improved method of cytologic examination. By which dragging in the esophagus is performed twice successively. And the net is washed with 95% alcohol and the sediment is examined. With such a method the positive rate may increase to 87.5%.
