摘要
介绍1000MW超超临界机组热力系统的检测仪表测点配置、仪表选型、分散控制系统(DCS)的选择与配置和功能规划、主要成套配供控制装置的选择等热控设计特点。着重从主要热力系统测点设置、仪表选型、DCS选型和配置、成套配供装置、机组保护等角度将常规设计与1000MW超超临界机组进行比较,指出设计中应注意的问题,包括变送器量程范围、热电偶套管选择、汽轮机防进水保护、DCS的I/O数量确定、机组保护要求等,旨在为国内目前1000MW超超临界机组的热控设计提供参考借鉴。
This paper introduced several special design considerations related to 1 000 MW ultra-supercritical units, such as the thermal process instrument arrangement, instrument selection, DCS selection and configuration, major sub-contracted standalone control system selection etc. It placed emphasis on the comparison between the design for conventional and 1 000 MW ultra-supercritical units in the above aspects. The problems proposed to be noted in design includes the range of transducer, the bushing selection of thermocouple, water-proof protection for steam turbine unit, I/O numbers of DCS and the units protection requirements etc, which takes reference for the I&C system design application for 1 000 MW ultra-supercritical unit.
