摘要 “乔治亚理工水电站水库调度与发电决策支持软件系统(GTDSS)”是一个将河流中长期径流预报技术与水库群优化调度、水资源管理集于一体的系统。它包括先进的河流中长期水文预报和中长期水库(群)优化调度模块,支持从中长期计划到短期及实时的水库调度与发电调度。此系统的应用可以减少不合理弃水,增加发电量,降低洪涝灾害损失,有效利用水资源。应用该系统后,可相应增加水电站年发电量3% ̄10%。该系统已成功应用到北美洲、欧洲、非洲等多个流域,获得了较好的经济效益和社会效益。GTDSS技术具有通用性,可以方便地移植应用到不同流域的水电站水库(群)调度系统中,对当前我国已开发的各流域水电站水库(群)调度管理具有重要的参考价值。 Georgia Tech Decision Support System (GTDSS) for reservoir management and hydro power generation is the state of the art technology for water resource management. It is the first integrated system of long term inflow forecasts and a reservoir optimal management tool in the world. It includes an advanced long range inflow forecasting model and a suite of control models for supporting the decision making process from long term planning to short term and real time control. The benefits using this system include increased energy production (3%-10% annually), decreased spillage and flood damage, and more efficient utilization of water resources. This system has been successfully applied to many river basins in North America, Europe, and Africa. GTDSS is based on proven technology and its design is modular and generalized. It can be easily adopted and applied to different river basins. It is an important guidance for the future developing of regulation systems of hydro power stations and reservoirs (group) in China.
