南方电网的实践与展望

Practice and prospect of China Southern Power Grid

南方电网是一个远距离、大容量输电的电网,具有“六交三直”的电网结构和交直流混合运行、直流系统集中落点在广东、系统稳定控制难度大等特点,采用了强化安全稳定控制系统和机组PSS装置的管理、增加无功电源的容量、加大电网设备的建设和技术改造力度等一系列行之有效的措施,确保了南方电网的安全稳定运行。基于未来电网发展的几个基本要点,提出了南方电网发展的展望:大力发展水电,协调发展其他能源;在“十一五”期间,建设“八交五直”的电网骨干网架;应用当今世界各种最新的输电技术,并开发大电网的安全稳定控制技术;采用先进科技手段,建设一个数字化的南方电网。最新和未来将要发展的技术都将在南方电网中得到应用。

According to the feature of China Southern Power Grid （CSG）, which is with long-distance, heavy capacity of transmitting power, and equipped with the structure of six-AC-main lines and three-DC-main lines, which is the combined operation of AC/DC and concentrated landing in Guangdong Province for the HVDC lines, and difficult to control the stability of CSG, a lot of effective measures are taken such as strengthening the management of the security-stability-controlling system and PSS devices of unit, adding the capability of the reactive power, and enlarging the construction of power equipment and technical retrofit of the equipment etc. to make sure the security stability of CSG. Based on the most essential outlines of the future development of grid, a prospect for CSG development is proposed, i.e. to strongly develop hydroelectric power, assorted with the other form powers; to implement a skeleton network of eight-AC-main lines and five-DC-main lines for CSG in the period of 11th Five Year Plan; to employ various worldwide update electric technologies and to develop security-stability technology for huge grid; to build up a digital power network for CSG by using the advanced technology. So the updated and the future developing technology will be adopted in CSG.
