通过对ＲＳＡ算法理论的研究，推广了某些基本定理．基于这些推广，设计了一套分等级加密公开钥密码体制．在这个体制中，高等级用户掌握着“万能”解密密钥ＳＫ２．既可以对低级密文进行脱密，也可以对高级密文进行脱密．

A senior junior public key cryptosystem is designed on the basis of RSA cryptosystem. In this cryptosystem, senior users have each a senior decryption key which can decrypt both junior cipher texts and senior cipher texts. But junior users having a junior decryption key can only know the means of junior cipher texts.
