分析了陕西南部地区山区自然灾害造成巨大危害的原因,针对这些原因提出了山区城镇与环境协调发展的建议和措施:加快生态经济建设,推进社会、经济、生态协调发展;加强防灾减灾意识和措施、防治灾害;加强城镇建设规划与管理;改善山区交通条件,促进山区经济发展。
