摘要
以黑龙江地区中国林蛙为实验材料,对其繁殖季节和非繁殖季节的生殖器官进行组织学研究。结果表明:林蛙性腺重量在繁殖季节和非繁殖季节差异显著,输卵管重量在繁殖季节和非繁殖季节差异显著。
The experiment material was Rana temporia chensinesis David between reproductive season anti dereproductive season,studied on histology of reproduction organ,the result displayed ： the weight of the Rana temporia chensinesis David＇s sexual gland was marked between reproductive season and dereproductive season;the weight of the oviduct was marked between reproductive season and dereproductive season.
