摘要
SA8000标准的本质是发达国家在国际贸易中保护本国产品和市场的重要贸易壁垒,其具有名义上的正当性、保护方式上的隐蔽性、较强的针对性及救济手段上的缺位等特征。我国劳动密集型产品的对外贸易深受SA8000标准的影响,冲破SA8000标准贸易壁垒应从政府、企业两方面采取对策。
SA8000, which has been resorted by some developed countries as trade barrier to protect homeland products and inductries, has the characteristics of superficial legitimation, concealed manners of protection, correspondence and shortage of remedy. It has profound effect on the export of labor-intensive products of China. Our government and enterprises should find countermeasures to avoid being subject to the barriers of SA8000.
