An efficient talents cultivation plan is of great importance of we are to enhance the foundation, widen the specification and build a major with characteristics. This paper elaborates the background of major reform, the ideas, goals and curriculum system of the talents cultivation plan for the great textile major. This paper also explores course integration, the reduction of teaching hours,and the widening of major specifications.
