摘要 报道了用高分辨时序扫描式光谱仪对高纯稀土基体的光谱干扰系统研究的第1部分。主要内容包括:选择了每个稀土元素的杰出线4条;考察了高分辨型光谱仪对15个稀土元素60条灵敏线的信背比、背景相当浓度值以及每条线的估算检出限;记录了高纯稀土Ce、Pr和Nd分别对其它14个稀土元素的60条谱线在0.2nm窗口内的光谱干扰谱图;鉴定了每种基体在分析线邻近(±0.05nm)可能的干扰线波长以及在峰基体干扰相当浓度值。综合考察后,选择了不同基体时每个稀土元素的最佳分析线。 e results for investigation of spectral interferences from high purity rare earth matrices using a high resolution sequential ICP AES are reported in this paper. Spectral interferences on 60 selected prominent lines of 15 rare earth elements in Ce, Pr and Nd matrices were investigated. Background equivalent concentration and the detection limits for each selected lines were evaluated. The spectral scans in the vicinity(0.2 nm) of four prominent lines for each REE in the pre ̄sence of Ce, Pr and Nd matrices were recorded and interfering lines (±0.05 nm) were identified. The optimum analytical lines were also recommended.
