针形颗粒二氧化钛纳米薄膜的制备(英文)

摘要 使用醋酸修饰的溶胶-凝胶法制备了一种由针形颗粒构成的二氧化钛纳米薄膜.研究发现,可以通过控制溶胶-凝胶过程的反应条件控制所制备的纳米薄膜的形貌.对这种形貌的形成机理进行了讨论. In this paper, it is reported the synthesis of a new type of nanostructured film that is composed of needle-shaped Ti02 particles through an acetic acid modified sol-gel method. It was found that the morphology of as-prepared nanostructured films could be manipulated by varying the conditions of sol-gel process. The formation mechanism of such a microstructure was theoretically analyzed.
