重组人表皮细胞生长因子用于中厚皮供皮区创面的临床观察

The clinical observation of the function of the rb-EGF used in the middling grafted donor site

目的观察表皮细胞因子对创面愈合的临床效果。方法对100例轻度-中度烧伤患者以及瘢痕整形患者的中厚皮片供皮区创面使用细胞表皮生长因子,并选用同一患者相同条件的中厚皮片供皮区作为对照。结果实验组供皮区愈合天数为(10±3)天,对照组为(13±2)天,P<0.05。实验组供皮区愈合半年后增生性瘢痕发生率为12%,对照组为18%,P<0.05。结论重组人表皮细胞生长因子可加速中厚皮片供皮区创面愈合并可减轻供皮区瘢痕形成。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of the rb - EGF used in the middling grafted donor site. Methods 100 case of light and middling burn patients and scar patients which the middling burn grafted donor site had been used rb - EGF mcanwhile the same patients and been selected to the control site. Results The healing time of the experimental group was 10 - 3（day）, the control group was 13 ± 2 （day）, P 〈 0.05. The rate of scarfing of the experimental group, after half year. Was 12 %, the control group was 18 %, P 〈 0.05. Conclusion The rb - EGF can accelerate the healing of the middling grafted donor site and reduce the scarfing of the donor site.
