六味地黄丸对脑脊液神经保护作用的实验研究

The study on the neuroprotection of cerebrospinal fluid containing LDP components

目的观察不同种属(人、兔、大鼠)脑脊液及六味地黄丸含药脑脊液对PC12细胞的作用。方法收集脑脊液,选用MTT比色法观察不同种属(人、兔、大鼠)脑脊液及六味地黄丸脑脊液对体外培养的PC12细胞活性的影响。结果不同种属的脑脊液对PC12细胞的活性作用无显著差别,六味地黄丸脑脊液对Aβ1-40诱导的细胞活力减低有明显抑制作用。结论六味地黄丸脑脊液可抑制Aβ1-40的神经毒性作用。

Objective To detect the effect of the cerebrospinal fluid （CSF） with or without Liuwei Dihuang Pills（LDP） components on PC12 cell. Methods The CSF were abstracted, then, the viability of PC12 treated with CSF of different species（htanan, rabbit, rat）, and CSF contained LDP components were observed by MTT assay. Results It is showed that the viability had no significant difference of CSF from different species, but the CSF containing LDP components could significantly reduce the decrease of the cell viability treated by Aβ1- 40. Conclusion The LDP CSF may prevent from the neurotcoxicity induced by Aβ1- 40.
