摘要
爆破振动安全标准如果不考虑振动频率的影响,则难以准确地衡量爆破振动的危害。文中在分析爆破振动频率对爆破振动的作用后,运用分形理论对其进行定量计算,得出考虑振动频率的爆破振动速度安全判别标准。并针对现场应用,提出采用简单易行的计频允许振速代替单一的爆破质点振动速度来判别爆破安全标准。
It is difficult to measure the danger of the blasting vibration if the effect of frequency is not taken into consideration in the safety criterion of blasting vibration. The action of frequency to the vibration is analysed in the paper, and the new safety criterion considering the effect of frequency is suggested using the fractal theory. Based on practical application,the paper proposes a simple method with allowed velocity （considering frequency） taking place the single particle vibration velocity to distinguish the criterion of blasting vibration.
