摘要
简要介绍火焰检测系统的工作原理,结合现场的实际情况及发电厂火焰检测系统经常发生的故障,给出了主要参数整定步骤、日常维护方法、疑难问题的相关技术,改进与完善的建议与措施,目的是提高火焰检测系统的安全可靠性,进而提高机组的安全运行水平,提高企业的核心竞争力。
The working principle of flame monitoring system is briefly introduced. Recommendation for main parameters setting procedures ,routine maintenance method and difficult issues are put forward by taking into consideration site situation and frequently occurred failures. The aim of the effort is to improve the safety and reliability of flame monitoring system and safety level of unit operation, as well as to increase the enterprise＇competitive ability.
