摘要
结合2005年10月25日托克托电厂机组全停事故发生后,华北电网频率的变化和各机组一次调频的负荷响应情况,对并网机组一次调频能力进行了评价,指出了目前京津唐电网机组一次调频投入存在的问题、改进要求与建议。
On the basis of the investigation into the frequency variation of North China Grid and the response of primary frequency control system to the load variation after the outage of Tuoketuo Power Plant on October 25, 2005, this paper evaluates the primary frequency control capability of synchronizing units connected to power grid ,and points out the existing problems in putting primary frequency control function into Beijing-Tianjin-Tangshan Power Grid. Finally,improvement suggestion is put forward.
