摘要
本文介绍了竞争情报的概念、特性、工作流程及其功能,通过分析国际国内竞争情报活动的现状,有针对性地提出我国企业建设完善竞争情报系统的几点策略。
This article firstly expounds the conception, speciality, working flow and function of competitive intelligence. Then analyze the status quo of competitive intelligence in Chinese and foreign country. Finally some tactics of the competitive intelligence construction is expounded aimly in Chinese enterprise.
