浅谈科技查新工作中的伦理问题

我国的科技查新工作在政策的制定和具体的工作中都存在诸多的伦理问题。主要表现在科技伦理在科技查新中的作用没有得到充分的认识和重视,关于查新中的伦理问题的理论研究不仅关乎查新报告的质量,也最终影响了科技查新行业的健康发展。本文探讨了查新工作中存在的伦理问题,并就上述问题提出了在查新工作中应该遵循的伦理原则。

Ethiccal problems have been involved in the sci-tech novelty search process including policy making and concrete work, but they have not attracted enough attention. Since the theoretical research on the ethical problems is related to the quality of sci-tech novelty search reports and can influence the development of sci-tech novelty search, they were discussed in this paper and several ethical principles were also proposed that can promote the quality of the work.
