摘要
以硅藻土为起始原料,采用低温水热合成反应合成NaP型分子筛。最佳反应条件为:反应体系摩尔配比9SiO2∶Al2O3∶4.8Na2O∶95.7H2O,晶化温度90℃,晶化时间24h。采用XRD对结晶产物的结晶度进行了表征,利用离子交换法测定了合成分子筛的钙离子交换容量。结果表明,以硅藻土为原料可合成出结晶度较高、质量较好的NaP沸石。
Zeolite NaP was synthesized from diatomite as raw material through the hydrothermal treatment. The optimizing synthesis conditions are that the composition of reactants is 9SiO2 : Al2O3 : 4.8Na2O : 95.7H2O, and the above reactants was crystallized 24h at the temperature of 90℃. From this condition, the zeolite NaP product with high crystallization was synthesised, The crystalline structure of the products was identified by X-ray diffraction, and characterized by the cation-exchange capacity.
