摘要 详细研究了膨润土矿原料的粒度、活化时间、酸度、水质、烘干温度等对其活性度的影响,确定了最佳活化工艺参数,制备出了活性度达到240的活性白土,并且脱色率和游离酸都达到了我国化工行业标准。 The effect of particle size of the raw bentonite sample, activation time, acid strength, water quality and drying temperature on the activation degree of acid activated product was studied. Based on the experimental results, optimal activation process parameters were suggested for the material. And, the activation degree of the acid activated bentonite under optimal process conditions reached the value of 240, and the decoloring ratio and the amount of the residual acid of the product fully was meet the specifications of the Standard set for the acid activated bentonite.
