摘要
抗疲劳功能食品通过在食品中添加抗疲劳功效成分来达到抑制、缓解疲劳的目的。随着时代的进步、技术的发展,暴露了目前抗疲劳食品存在的一些问题,但更多的是为其发展提供了更加广阔的空间。
Anti-fatigue functional food, through adding anti-fatigue functional component into food, restrains and reduces fatigue. Along with the advancement of the new epoch and the development of the industrial technology, some problems in anti-fatigue food industry have been uncovered, the more important thing was that the challenge supplies even more space for the development of the anti-fatigue food industry.
