摘要
发育具有严格的时间和空间的次序性,这种次序性由发育的遗传程序控制。发育是有机体的各个细胞协同作用的结果,也是一系列基因网络性调控的结果。DNA上的一维信息是如何控制生物体三维形态结构构建和生命现象的发展是目前研究的热点之一。文章从早期胚胎细胞全能性、胚胎空间结构定位、发育程序的控制、形状变化、胚胎血液的形成以及胚胎发育的调控因子等,对近几年胚胎发育与形成机理的研究进展做了简要综述。
The characteristic of development is its strict sequence of time and space, which is controlled by heredity mechanisim of development. Development is the result of cooperation of organism's each cell and a series of genes' regulations which like network. Recently, one of the most hot fields is that how the one dimension information on DNA controls the establishment of three dimension shape and structure of organism and development of life phenomena. This review summarized advances of researches on development and formation mechanisim of embryo recent years, including pluripotency of early embryo cells, orientation of embryo space structure, control of development program, shape changes and formation of embryo blood and so on.
