摘要
采用非特异性酯酶和甲基绿-派洛宁两种染色方法,对40头猪的淋巴结、脾脏和扁桃体进行研究,利用细胞计数软件,统计分析T、B淋巴细胞的数量变化。结果表明,圆环病毒可导致机体淋巴组织T细胞和B细胞减少,且淋巴细胞数量的变化受伴发病原的影响,其中猪瘟病毒影响最大,伪狂犬病病毒和猪繁殖与呼吸综合征病毒次之。
Acid-naphthl acetate esterase stain and Methyl green-Pyronine stain were used to study the lymphocytes of the lymph nodes, spleens and tonsils of 40 pigs. The varies of T and B lymphcytes were analysed by computer technique. The results revealed that Porcine circovirus can cause depletion of T and B lymphocytes, and the reducing rate varies with co-instant pathogens. Hog cholera virus followed by Peudorabits virus and Porcine reproductive and respiratory sydrome virus, affects the amount of lymphocytes most.
