摘要
对梁式引线肖特基势垒二极管的8mm宽带二倍频器进行了研制。其输入、输出回路选用低损耗的悬置微带电路和鳍线电路,倍频电路采用平衡式结构使输入、输出信号相互隔离、输出口的谐波分量低。该倍频器的带宽为40%,输出功率为13±1.5dBm,变频损耗为10.5±1.5dB,谐波分量为25dBc。
A Ka-band wide-band frequency doubler employing beam-lead Schottky diodes is devoloped in the paper. And the input circuit and output circuit of a frequency doubler are realized by using low loss suspend stripline and fin line. Input and output signals are isolated and harmouic component of the output signal is very low by using a unique planar balanced circuit structure. The frequency doubler has a 40%bandwidth,which exhibits output power of 13±1. 5 dBm,conversion loss of 10.5±1. 5 dB and harmomic componemt of 25 dBc over 26. 5~40 GHz output frequency range.
