摘要
论述了通用直线元素成型的复杂曲面的计算机数字控制加工技术,尤其是叶轮叶片的多坐标联动的铣削原理,多种曲线综合插补控制功能对通样条用直线元成型的整体透平叶轮数控加工技术。所采用的是一种线接触包络成型复杂曲面方法,这是针对各种雕塑曲面零件五坐标数控加工提出的一种有效方法。
The paper deals with NC machining of 3-D surface with 5-coordinate.The specification ofthe system is its multi-curved comprehensive interpolstion control function used in machining all kinds ofturbine impellers.a milling method of 5-coordinate in the system is advanced. It is a cutting envelope shapeof complex curved surface in multi-axis line milling, in NC machining all kinds of sculptwred surfacecomponets with 5-coordinate. The method is presented for The first time.
