摘要
我国目前的刑事法律制度对被追诉人合法财产权的保护尚存在缺陷,在侦查、起诉、审判等刑事诉讼活动中,对涉及被追诉人合法财产权的保护、救济措施很不完善。应基于宪法精神,加强对被追诉人合法财产权的保护。
At present in our country criminal law is not perfict to the protection of the human property rights, at criminal prosecution and other procedure, such as detection, prosecution, trial moves. It is investigated that human＇s property protective measures are very imperfect. Based on the constitution spirit, we should strengthen the protection to the human＇s legitimate property rights.
