摘要 系统地阐述了维生素D3对畜禽肌肉品质的影响及其研究现状,并对维生素D3改善肌肉嫩度的作用机理进行了深入分析。 The article expounds on the effect on meat quality of VD3 and its prospect,and also analysis the mechanism of VD3 improving meat tenderness.
