To explore management in hospital. By analysis of experience of LuJan People＇s Hospital, it pointed out that development should be the focus of attention. By carrying out the reform and holding on human-centered scientific development viewpoint, management in hospital was strengthened. In addition, general strength of hospital has been improved by making clear goals, standardizing procedure and overall developing management.
