骨恶性淋巴瘤8例临床病理分析

MALIGNANT LYMPHOMA IN BONE -A Clinicopathologic analysis of 8 cases

本文报道8例骨恶性淋巴瘤。原发性者4例,仅累犯单个骨,身体其他部位无淋巴瘤依据。经手术切除后良好。4例继发性者均为骨外恶性淋巴瘤的晚期表现。X线均呈溶骨性骨质破坏。本文还结合文献,对原发性ML预后进行讨论。

Eight cases of malignent lymphoma ( ML ) presenting in bone are described. There were four cases of primary ML by definition having only a single site in bone involved with no evidence of disease elsewhere, which were associated with a better prognosis after local resection. The other four were secondary ML with late appearence of extraosseous ML. All roentgenologic findings showed lytic. The discussion combined with literature review is presented.
