高职高专教育医学检验技术人才培养模式探讨

Discussion on cultivating pattern of medical laboratory test talents in higher professional and higher specialist education

高职教育要求学生掌握“必需、够用”的应用技术理论,采用“能力中心”教育模式来培养学生。医学检验技术专业的人才培养应根据医学技术类专业特点,使理论与实践相结合,将专业能力培养分解并融于课程之中,通过一系列有目的、有步骤的能力培养和训练,增强学生发现问题、分析问题和解决问题的能力。

Higher professional education requests the student essentially to grasp function and sufficient application technology theory, using ＂the ability center＂ education pattern to train the students. Talents cultivation of medical labortry test techonlogy should act according to the specialized characteristic of medicine technology, connecting the theory with the practice, and melting the specialized ability raising in the curriculum. After a series of training,including a goal and some steps to train, the students will strengthen their ability of finding the problems, to analyse questions and solve them.
