宁波市肺吸虫病流行病学调查研究

An epidemiological investigation of paragonimiasis in Ningbo City

目的了解宁波市人群肺吸虫病流行特征,以制订相应预防对策及控制措施。方法收集宁波市肺吸虫病病例个案资料,并调查佘姚、郑州、宁海、奉化、象山五个县(市、区)溪蟹和人群申肺吸虫感染情况。结果 2000～2004年共收集肺吸虫病病例369例,每年门诊查出病例数稳定在60～80例左右。以DIGFA和ELISA共检测可疑病人血清1923份,检出肺吸虫抗体阳性血清369份(19．19％)；在肺吸虫病流行区,以DIGFA法检测441人肺吸虫抗体,阳性者9人(2．04％)；对宁海,秦化检测溪蟹190只,感染囊蚴40只,感染率为21．05％,共检出肺吸虫囊幼144个,阳性蟹平均每只含囊幼数3．6个,每克蟹肉由含囊幼0．19个。结论宁波市为肺吸虫病的流行区,应开展有计划的防治工作,特别在部分流行区应长期开展肺吸虫病的健康教育工作。

Objective To understand the prevalent status of paragonimiasis in the Ningbo City and put forward preventive and control measure. Methods The data of paragonimiasis cases was collected from the outpatient department of Ningbo CDC, and the prevalent status of paragonimiasis, including the infection rate in crab and inhabitants in 5 counties of Ningbo City, was surveyed. Results The number of paragonimiasis patients was 369 in the year of from 2000 to 2004, including 171 male patients and 198 female cases with ratios of female to male of 1 ： 1.15. The number of paragonimiasis patients detected each year was between 60 - 80. Metaeereariae of Paragonimus wastermani were detected from crabs in 3 counties, the infection rate was in the range of from 16. 67% to 21.82% . Conclusion Paragonimiasis is prevalent in Ningbo City and effective prevention and control work, including health education, be carried out in a well planned way.
