输尿管镜下钬激光治疗输尿管结石效果分析(附264例)

Treatment of urethral calculi with holmium laser under urethrascope

目的探讨输尿管镜下使用钬激光碎石治疗输尿管中下段结石疗效。方法回顾性分析264例输尿管镜下使用钬激光治疗榆尿管中下段结石患者的资料。结果本组病例碎石成功率96．6％(255／264),结石排尽率98．5％(260／264)。结论输尿管镜下使用钬激光碎石术是治疗输尿管中段结石的一种安全、高效的方法。

Objective To evaluate the results in treatment of patients with middle and lower urethral calculi with HO：YAG laser lithotriptor （LL） under urethrascope. Methods Clinical data concerning 264 cases with middle and lower urethral calculi including 156 males and 108 females with a average age of 42 years old, all treated with HO ：YAG laser lithotriptor were retrospectively analyzed. Results The successful calculi - fragmenting rate was 96.6% （255/164） and the stone - free rate was 98.5% （260/ 264）. Conclusion HO ： YAG laser lithotriptor is highly effective and safe for treatment of patients with middle and lower urethral calculi.
