摘要
回顾我国义务教育走过的20年历程,问题与成绩并存。国家在解决问题的过程中采取了重大政策补偿、制度创新等措施。为保证适龄儿童和少年接受义务教育的权利,针对投入不足、经费分担不合理、办学条件不配套、学校发展不均衡、义务教育责任主体不清等问题,《中华人民共和国义务教育法》已经修改,一部反映公平与正义的新法正呈现在我们的面前。
Reviewing the compulsory education in the past 20 years of China, failure and achievement coexist. When we solved the problems, we adopted the significant policy to compensate, new system to innovate and some other measures. In order to ensure that children of the right age and the youth are capable of accepting right to compulsory education, the Compulsory- education Law has been already revised in view of some problems induding the insufficient investment, the inconsequential condition of school, the unreasonable allocation of funds, the lopsided development of school, the unclear responsibility main body of compulsory education and so on, so it will be a fair and justice law for us.
