β_ 2 -MICROGLOBULIN ( β_2 -MG ) RADIOIMMUNOASSAY AND ITS CLINICAL APPLICATION

摘要 本文应用放射免疫分析法检测了115例正常健康人和240例多种疾病患者的血清和尿液β_2-MG的含量。测定结果表明,正常人血、尿β_2-MG浓度值与国内外报道近似。肾病、恶性肿瘤、心血管疾病、糖尿病等患者血、尿β_2-MG浓度明显升高,显示此项检测可作为临床辅助诊断和疗效观察的一项灵敏指标。 β2-MG is a globulin of micromolecular mass, all the nuclear cells in human body can synthetise and secrete, the β2-MG entering the blood circulation can be automatically filtered through the wall of kidney globe blood capillary and heavily absorbed by the epithelial cell of kidney vessel and dissolved in the cell. The daily growth of β2-MG in the body of a healthy person is constant.It has been widely used in clinical diagnosis and research.From November 1986 to November 1987 we inspected the β2-MG value of 115 normal subjects and 240 abnormal subjects of different diseases, and found that the β2-MG density of the normal person' s blood and urine was similar to what had been reported both at home and abroad. But the β2-MG density of those with kidney disease, malignant tumour,blood vessel disorder and diabetesmellitus was noticeably higher. So it was been proved to be very useful in theclinical supporting diagnosis and to be a sensative index to therapeutic effects.
