摘要 提出了有限差分网格向有限元网格转换的方法,进而在该有限元模型基础上采用FDM/FEM集成铸件热应力分析系统实现了铸件的热应力分析。采用典型的应力框试件,将该方法计算结果和直接剖分得到的有限元网格基础上的计算结果进行了对比,结果表明该方法是可行的。 To achieve the thermal stresses analysis of complicated castings, a method of transferring the finite difference meshes into finite element meshes was presented. Furthermore, the stress analysis was carried out by FDM/FEM integrated system. The stress frame specimens were used to validate the method by the comparison of the calculated results based on finite difference meshes with those results based on traditional finite element meshes. It shows the new method is good for the thermal stresses analysis of complicated castings.
