摘要
采用ProCAST模拟软件对汽车螺塞压铸过程进行数值模拟,得出了铸件的温度场变化,并预测了铸件中缩孔、缩松出现的部位。依照模拟结果,提出了改进方案,并对改进方案进行模拟比较,发现改进方案缺陷明显减少。
The Simulated software ProCAST used to carry on numerical simulation to automobile plug in the process of die casting, The temperature variation of the casting is got, and the position of the shrinkage cavity and porosity are predicted. According to the simulated results, an improved scheme is provided, and the defect of the improved scheme is reduced obviously according to the comparative results.
