摘要
在7075铝合金凝固过程中施加磁场强度为0.06T、频率为30Hz的交流磁场,研究了交流磁场对溶质元素的晶内含量、宏观偏析的影响。从微观角度探讨了磁场对溶质分布的作用机制。实验结果表明:与未施加磁场的凝固试样相比,经过交流磁场处理后,7075铝合金中Zn、Mg、Cu等3种溶质元素的晶内含量均得到显著增加。同时,交流磁场能有效抑制这3种溶质元素的宏观偏析,在交流磁场作用下,试样的偏析率明显减小。
An AC magnetic filed with the intensity of 0.06T and frequency of 30Hz was exerted on 7075 alloy during solidification process. The effect of AC magnetic field on the solute content inside grain and macro-segregation of 7075 Al alloy was studied. It is found that, comparing with the sample solidified in the absence of magnetic field, the solute content inside grain of 7075 Al alloy including Zn, Mg and Cu obviously increase solidified under AC magnetic field. Furthermore, AC magnetic field can effectively reduce the macro-segregation of the solute elements and the segregation ratio was reduced evidently.
