摘要
分别以鸡新城疫病毒(NDV)基因Ⅱ型弱毒疫苗株L aSota、基因Ⅶ型鸡源野毒株Y 98F 9和基因Ⅵ型鸽源野毒株PB 9601为灭活疫苗,制备相应的抗血清。将3株病毒分别与相应的抗血清做交叉血凝抑制试验(H I)和在细胞培养上做交叉病毒中和试验(V I),以此比较3个基因型病毒间的抗原同源性关系。在交叉H I中,L aSota株与基因Ⅶ型的Y 98F 9株间的同源性为90.0%,而基因Ⅵ型的鸽源PB 9601株与Y 98F 9株间的抗原同源性仅为74.2%,与L aSota株间的抗原同源性更低至65.2%。在交叉V I中,也表现出非常类似的同源性关系,L aSota株与Y 98F 9株间的同源性为90.1%,而鸽源PB 9601株与Y 98F 9株间的同源性也仅为75%,与L aSota的同源性进一步低至65.8%。
Antisera against to 3 different Newcastle disease viurs (NDV) strains, vaccine LaSota strain (genotype Ⅱ ), field strains Y98F9 (genotype Ⅶ ) from chickens and PB9601 (genotype Ⅵ ) from pigeons, were prepared in chickens or pigeons inoculated with inactivated oil-emulsion vaccines of 3 strains. The antigenic homology of the 3 strains was compared in cross-hemagglutination inhibition (HI) tests and cross-virus neutralization(VI) tests in cell cuhlures. In the cross-HI, the homology between genotype Ⅱ LaSota and genotype Ⅶ field strain Y98F9 was 90.0%, but the homology tween genotype Ⅵ PB9601 strain and Y98F9 was only 74.2%, and the lowest homology of 65.2% was demonstrated between PB9601 and LaSota. The same homology relationship among the 3 strains were seen in the cross-VI. The antigenic homology in VI between LaSota and Y98F9 was 90.1%, it decreased to 75% between PB9601 and Y98F9, and furhher to 65.8% between PB9601 and LaSota.
