摘要
运用理性选择制度主义的分析框架,把招聘单位作为系统层次上的理性行动者,研究招聘单位性别偏好的产生机制,可以深刻认识这种现象普遍发生的原因,即招聘单位的性别偏好是组织认知结构和环境中的制度虚置这两个方面共同作用产生的。组织认知结构源于传统性别文化对组织的塑造,而环境中的制度虚置则是非正式制度和正式制度的不相容与正式制度的实施机制软化这两个方面造成的。
By using the analytic framework of rational choice institutionalism and seeing the recruiting companies as a rational actor of a system level, we could find that the gender preference of recruiting companies is produced both by the cognitive structure of organizations and by the statutes without efficacy. However, the cognitive structure of organizations is shaped by the traditional culture on gender; and the statutes without efficacy is resulted from the conflict between informal norms and formal rules as well as the non-effective enforcement mechanisms of formal rules.
