英国“互动式”教学及对我国妇女干部培训的启示

Interactive Instruction in Britain and its Inspiration on Women Cadres Training in China

现代成人教育的目的不仅仅在于“充电”、补充知识,更重要的是人的全面发展、能力的培养和综合素质的提高。英国成人培训的“互动式”教学有别于传统教学方式,创造了师生平等交流的教学情景,使师生在交互影响和交互活动中产生教学共振,实现了教学相长的培训效果。我国的妇女干部培训应借鉴英国的经验,在教学理念、教学方式、教学效果上有所创新。

Adult education nowadays not only aims to ＂recharge＂ and to supplement knowledge, but most importantly, to facilitate all-around development, capability training and integrated development of quality. Different from the traditional way, the interactive instruction of adult in Britain creates a teaching situation for an equal communication, realizing a teacher-and-students resonance, so that teaching benefits teachers as well as students. Women cadres training in China should draw on the experience of the interactive instruction in Britain, and make innovation in teaching conceptions, models and achievements.
