添加不同水平无机硒对0~3周龄肉仔鸡生产性能的影响 被引量:7

THE EFFECT OF IDETARY SELENIUM LEVELS ON PERFORMANCE OF BROILER CHICKENS IN 0~3 WEEKS

摘要 本实验采用单因子分组试验设计,研究不同添加水平的硒对0~3周龄肉仔鸡生产性能的影响.将1日龄艾维茵仔鸡140只随机等分4个试验组,每组35只鸡.1组为对照组,饲喂基础日粮,2、3、4组在基础日粮基础上添加亚硒酸钠,各组硒的添加水平分别是0.3mg/kg、0.6mg/kg、0.9mg/kg.结果表明:不同加硒水平对0~3周龄肉仔鸡平均日增重和料肉比均有极显著或显著影响(p<0.01或p<0.05),添加0.3mg/kg的2组生产性能最佳,平均日增重极显著高于对照组;不同水平的硒添加量对肉仔鸡的免疫功能也有显著影响,2、3组死亡率明显低于其它两组;实验结果还表明,不同加硒水平对0~3周龄肉仔鸡粗蛋白质代谢、钙、、磷代谢均有极显著或显著影响(p<0.01或p<0.05),添加0.3mg/kg的2组代谢效率最佳. The effect of dietary Selenium levels on performance of broiler chickens in 0-3 weeks were evaluated using four dietary treatments. Graded levels of Selenium (0, 0.3,0.6, 0.9 mg/kg) were added to basal diet. A total of 140 broiler chickens were divided in to four replicates of 35 birds per treatment. The results showed that the Selenium levels significantly effect the feed intake, average daily weight gain, feed conversion ratio in 0-3 weeks broiler chickens ( WTBX ) p〈0.05 or p〈0.01 ). As the Selenium levels increase, the 0.3 mg/kg of diet Selenium can maintain normal growth rate in 0-3 week broiler chickens.
