摘要 分析果蔬贮藏的生命活动与贮藏影响因素,并对包装箱壁传热、通气换热、呼吸热以及贮藏果蔬升温时所需的热量进行了热平衡的详细分析计算,导出了安全贮藏校核,贮藏时间和选择包装材料三个计算公式,并据此提出一些果蔬包装贮藏的隔热措施。 This paperanalyses the life of fruits and vegetables in storage as well as their affecting factors and makes analysis and calculation of the thermal equilibrium forthe heat requircd at the time of rising temperature of the storing fruits and vegetab-les while the heat transferd by the walls of containers, oxchanged by ventilation andabsorbed by respiraton, and also three formulas are advanced for checking up thesafe storage, determining the time and choosing packaging matarials. Based on these,some measures for heat-insulation of the packed fruits and vegetables in storage areput forward.
