摘要
本文在考虑光纤激光器的偏振引起的交叉相位调制的情况下研究了光纤激光器的被动锁模的自启动机理,建立了以激光场耦合方程为基础的光纤激光器工作的理论模型,并就该激光器连续工作时的不稳定性作了详细分析。结果表明,被动锁模的自启动可由光纤激光器连续工作的不稳定性产生。
The mechanism of self-starting in passively mode-locked fiber lasersis investigated based on the cross-phase modulation caused by polarized lightfield in optical fiber in this paper. The theoretical model is established on thebasis of the light field coupled equations. The instabilities of CW operation areanalyzed in detail. The results show that self-starting of passively modelocking in fiber lasers can be stimulated by the instabilities of CW operation.
