The intraocular lenses of surface modification implanted into rabbit eyes

摘要 目的:表面修饰硅凝胶人工晶状体兔眼植入半年的动态观察。方法:行超声乳化5只兔眼,行超声乳化联合人工晶状体植入术15只兔眼。结果:术后早期炎症反应与手术创伤有关,最常见并发症为人工晶状体移位,修饰人工晶状体引起后囊混浊的程度轻于未修饰人工晶状体。结论:表面修饰提高了硅凝胶人工晶状体的生物相容性。 AIM: To observe the development changes of silicone inb'aocular lenses (IOLs) of surface modification implanted into rabbit eyes for 180d. METHODS: Five rabbit eyes underwent phacoemulsification only and 15 eyes undertwent phacoemulsification with IOLs implantation. RESULTS: The inflammatory response was associated with surgical trauma in the early postoperative period. The most common complication was IOLs dislocation. The degree of posterior capsule opacification in modified IOLs was lower than that in the unmodified IOLs. CONCLUSION: The biocompatibility of surface modified silicone IOLs is improved.
