摘要 目的:观察银杏叶提取物(GBE)对糖尿病NOD小鼠视网膜VEGF蛋白表达及视网膜超微结构的作用。方法:糖尿病NOD小鼠分为糖尿病组和GBE治疗组。电镜观察0,4,12wk小鼠视网膜病变发展情况,ELISA法检测0,4,12wk视网膜VEGF表达。结果:GBE治疗组视网膜内皮细胞、神经节细胞凋亡明显较糖尿病组减轻。GBE治疗组视网膜VEGF表达水平明显较糖尿病组降低(4wk,26±8vs33±7,P<0.05)(12wk,102±7vs165±9pg/mg,P<0.01)。结论:GBE可减少糖尿病视网膜VEGF表达,并减轻视网膜超微结构损害。 AIM: To evaluate if retinal VEGF protein levels and ultrastructure in diabetic NOD mice are affected by dietary ginkgo biloba extract (GBE). METHODS: Diabetic NOD mice were divided into two groups: diabetes group and GBE treatment group. Electronic microscope was used to observe retinal ultrastructure change and EUSA was used to measure retinal VEGF levels in diabetic NOD mice of 0, 4, 12wk old. RESULTS: 1) Compared with diabetes group, retinal vessel endothelium and ganglion cell apoptosis decrease much less in GBE treatment group. 2) Retinal VEGF levels decrease in GBE treatment group (4-wk: 26± 8 vs 33± 7, P〈0.05; 12-wk: 102± 7 vs 165± 9 pg/mg, P〈0.01). CONCLUSION: Diabetic retinal VEGF upregulation and the damage of diabetic retinal ultrastructure can be attenuated by GBE.
