摘要
在Zernike多项式的基础上,文中采用象差低阶模式的校正原理,构造三自由度自适应校正激光谐振腔模式象差的微机控制器。该控制器用等步长搜索方法,实现了IMMD算法,获得了满意结果。
Based on the Zernike polynomials,this paper uses correcting theory for lower order mode aberrations,and designs a microcomputer controller for adaptive correcting of laser resonator mode aberrations with three free doms.This controller realizes IMMD algorithm by equal step length searching,and good results have been achieved.
