摘要
本文给出以8098单片机为核心的继电器测试仪硬件结构和软件设计。阐述了继电器各项电气特性的测试方法,并说明了提高测量精度和消除8098软件定时器存在的“倍频干扰”现象的软件方法。
This papar presents the hardware structure and software designs of the instrument controlled by 8098 SCP for test of the relaysr. The method of testing varied electric characteristics of relays is introduced. Also explained is the importance of software for increasing test accuracy and ability of anti jam. This paper, parlicularly, introduces the 'double -frequency' interference caused by 8098 software timer and the method to restrain it.
